Hi-I hope someone can help me. One of the matches that I contacted has a bad email address-it bounced right back. Is there anything that can be done? Thank you for your help, Judy

If you run a search online on that email or other details from this kit, you might find a lead like a second email or a forum where they frequent. Another option is to contact FTDNA and ask them to send this user a copy of a letter you provide. They might send it, but there would be no guarantee that the person's address is still current or that they would reply back. If you do this, remember to include your email in that letter. -
