I administer three tests, all three should have West and Central Europe as a major result due to a lot of French and German ancestry, but this is missing since the update. At other companies I have considerable French/German ancestry (57% at Ancestry), and it used to show up at FTDNA too, but it is now missing since the update.

The 23% Scandinavian is completely off. It actually should be about 3% because that's my 3rd great grandma. And of my grandpas, one grandpa was 3/4 German and the other was 1/2 French and Swiss. Plus I have some Dutch and Huguenots up another branch so I probably should be about 35% French/German if not higher.

I must be the exception because MyOrigins 2.0 gave me more West & Central Europe than I had before, more than I deserve. On paper I am 87.5% UK/Irish and 12.5% German/Swiss PA Dutch:
MyOrigins 2.0:
West and Central Europe 53%
British Isles 47%
MyOrigins 1.0:
British Isles 63%
West and Central Europe 37%
23andme: 6.8% French & German
Ancestry: Europe West 16%
I inherited all my German/Swiss from my mother, she is 75% UK/Irish and 25% German/Swiss PA Dutch on paper and her West and Central Europe definitely got swallowed up by British Isles:
MyOrigins 2.0:
98% British Isles
MyOrigins 1.0:
West and Central Europe 54%
British Isles 46%
23andme: 21.3% French & German
Ancestry: 13% Europe West (but she gets 22% Scandinavia which I think must be part of her German?)

I need an explaination
How is it that someone's dna profile could change so drastically? How is it that someone with a Scandinavian surname, who was 60% Scandinavian and 30% British Isles is now 86% British Isles and 0 % Scandinavian?
How is it FTDNA says the results before the change were right, but they are more right now? How can they say I was Scandinavian and now I am not? Yet say both are right, one is just more right now?
If the Average Brit has 9% Scandinavian, how can it be I show no Scandinavian? History shows that the vikings brought their dna to the British Isles. It doesn't show the British Isles bring their dna to Scandinavia. It seems to me if I am supposedly 86% British Isles, even if I didn't know my father's family was from Denmark, I should have close to the average amount of Scandinavian dna. Anyone have any idea?

A couple of things jump out at my results. My parents show up as 99-100% European and I show up as 94%. My mother's paper trail shows 50% Germanic origins but this shows none - presumably swallowed up by Scandinavia and East Europe. My father's predicted haplogroup is I-L369 which is primarily Scotland but he shows only 4% British Isles.
And the DNA results do confirm that my parents really are my genetic parents.
