Ancestry Transfer is "still processing" after 4 days

  • Ancestry Transfer is "still processing" after 4 days

    I uploaded my husbands .zip file from Ancestry on 4/1/17. It was assigned kit #B176238. When I sign on to FTDNA with his kit#, there is a message that the kit has completed processing on 4/1/17. However, when I click on "Matches," I continue to get the message "Pending Results -- Your Family Finder Matches are still processing. Please check back in 24 hours." It's been this way every day for the past 4 days.

    I had no trouble transferring my own .zip file from Ancestry.

    Help!

    Same here.

    Maybe they figure since we had to wait weeks and weeks extra for Ancestry to process the Christmas glut of kits, we won't mind a few extra days waiting for our uploads.
