  • My matches no longer load!

    I transferred my Ancestry DNA results to FTDNA 3 years ago. For the last 3 days now, When I try to check my matches, I have been getting the message "Your results are pending - please check back in 24 hours." I understand there were some glitches because of all the Ancestry data being uploaded to FTDNA over the last few days, but my account should not still be screwed up. I know my data is still in the system, because I also manage my uncle's account and am still listed as his top match. I have already sent a message to Customer Support but have heard nothing, maybe because of the holiday. Anyone have any suggestions, other than to wait for Customer Support to get back to me? (I am not a very patient person - lol.)
