Big Y Matches

Have been notified of over 29 Big Y matches to my brothers'
kit but the "search by subclade"has not worked for several days,has anyone else noticed this ?

I just tried it. At first wasn't loading the subclades. I clicked in the drop down arrow a few times and eventually the subclades did load.

In my experience, the supposed Big Y matches are not even close to my little twig on the haplotree. So, I don't even bother looking at them. If FTDNA would kindly reconfigure its matching algorithms for the various Y DNA tests so that the matches were actually close enough to be genealogically useful, I might be interested.
