  • Serious Users Need Unique ID

Am I the only serious user out here that wants to export the data and manipulate it with a spreadsheet, or better yet a database? To do that, I MUST HAVE a unique ID (Identifier) for each match! That is what any database (including spreadsheets) must have in order to successfully update the data as additional data and matches become available. I want to add notes and create new fields once in my spreadsheet or database. But I need a easy way to identify new matches, as well as a way to update the old ones. The only logical way to do that is a unique identifying number or code. We know ftDNA has kit numbers, but they won't share them. So we need something else from them. No respectable database has no unique ID.
