Why when I am on the Chromosome Browser page and click on "Optional Views:
Download to Excel (CSV Format)" the CVS file opens with all the results being shown twice.

I am having the same problem. I am also getting a number on the X chromosome in excel when their is not one when I look at the Chromosome browser. I do not know what is causing this but I would not believe what it is showing.

It has been like that for awhile now, hopeful they will fix it (Double listing of each segment)

CAM download shows all segments down to 1cM, these segments will not show in browser unless you adjust the default from 5cM+ to 1cM+.
Have you adjusted to 1cM+ and still show no X share in Browser

prairielad -Thanks that did take care of the X chr.

I did message FTDNA on their facebook page about the problem. I think they pay more attention to that then the Forum . I could be wrong.
