Download CSV error

I downloaded what was supposed to be 350 matches, but only 278 showed up in the CSV.

Then searched the results for my name with no results.

How can I resolve this issue?

Was this a download in FF? If so, I am surprised. Currently the FF download is giving everyone, no matter what filter settings are used (a change from past behavior). Normally the download should be just for the folks in the current filter. With only 350 folks it does not sound like you are talking about FF.

Yes, I logged in to the account I set up for my husband at familytreedna. His kit was for Y-DNA37 and mtDNA Plus. Got only a few results for the 37, so I changed it to lowest number.

Tried it again today getting 355 matches and only 281 showed up in the CSV. I had tried Excel format, but the download was an XML which my Mac wasn't too thrilled with. Will not open in Numbers. TextEdit wasn't any help.

Where are you getting the 350 number from, if adding up each level of matching totals, some people are repeated on multiple levels.

Set Matches PER page to 50

Do you have 7 pages with 3 matches on the 7th page.

Just wondering if Total number given is including matches which have set their privacy level to private.

There was no 50 per page, so I did 100 and checked the download against each page. When it gets to the third page there are several rows with nothing in column three in between Name and Most Distant. Then maybe a dozen on the fourth page.
Those do not appear on the spreadsheet.

The last name with entries in that third column is the last name in the spreadsheet.

Matches with Greyed out Name and no contact info are matches which have privatized their results for that level of matching. They will not be included in CSV download...
