Did you just receive the results? If yes, retry tomorrow afternoon. (I do not know, I am guessing.)

I would think you should be able to download Y-DNA results as soon as it is displayed.

I just downloaded mine as CSV and Excel.

I'm using Chrome and Windows10.

My results are not new.

Do you have the Y-Str results showing on your screen and hitting the download in the bottom right of the screen or are you on the first Ydna screen and trying to download the non-existent snp file.

Did you mean Download SNPs as CSV ?

For those males who do not have an SNPs, that should download as a CSV file (comma-separated values file) with no SNPs, there should be no 404 error on it.

Such a CSV file would only contain the following header
"SnpName","Positive","Test"
