Payments not working

I've been trying to buy the Big Y test and my card has been repeatedly declined. There is money in my account and all details provided are correct.

The bank has called me and seems to think the payments are fraud attempts by your site and so blocks them. I suspect this may be something to do with your on-line payment authentication method.

I had similar problem a few years ago when ordering the Big Y.
My bank blocked the transaction, and it only changed when I rang and told them that I had dealt with this company before and yes it was really me trying to order a new product from FTDNA.

Ring your bank and complain that you are trying to order something and the Bank are blocking the transaction.

I've had no problems with their payment system. As rivergirl stated, you should let your bank know about this so that you can still take advantage of the sale prices which end on Tuesday.
