Every time I click on transfer your data, it re-loops me to the Family Finder page. I tested at 23andMe in order to upload and then it tells me I can only upload before 2013. I then do Ancestry, for the exact purpose-I just got my results and I it looks like I can't do Ancestry either. I really hope this is just a site glitch.

If you already have an FTDNA account, then provide the kit number and password and click on the blue "Sign in" button. Then you'll be given directions for uploading your Ancestry results.
If you're a new customer and don't have an FTDNA account, then click on the orange link labeled "Create new account" (below the blue "Sign in" button). Then you can do the upload. You'll also get a kit number and password assigned for your FTDNA account, through which you'll be able to view your results and matches and order future tests.

When you click on the blue button labeled "Try it free" under "Autosomal Transfers" at https://www.familytreedna.com/products.aspx, it should send you to this page - https://www.familytreedna.com/AutosomalTransfer.

If this is a different person, new account must be set up by choosing Create new account on the transfer page. You can only have 1 person per account.

Ancestry xfer still not working in mid-May?
My wife recently received DNA test results from Ancestry.com but she cannot transfer them here like I was able to do. The instructions someone posted above do not resemble what one sees now. For example, in the instruction

there is no blue sign in button. There is no orange link. There is a photo of a landscape with nonfunctional links across its top followed by the test result instructions.
What's going on? How should we proceed?

Nope. There is no "Enter your name and email address to get started" link or button. There are the words "Register" "Upload Data" "Wait for Processing" "Unlock all Matches" across the top of the landscape photo. Nothing happens when you click on any of them. Scrolling down past the photo brings you to the step-by-step instructions on how to download the raw data at Ancestry and 23 and Me. The final instruction is "6. After you have downloaded your raw data return here to upload it and complete your transfer" yet there is no button or link provided to do so.

It's never been easier to find new relatives, connect more dots and expand your genealogical reach. So, if you tested your autosomal DNA with a third party, transfer today and become part of the world's most comprehensive DNA database!
If you still don't see the area to type in a name and email, try another browser.

Transfer from Ancestry-NOT WORKING
I have tried Firefox, Internet Explorer and Google Chrome. Using the link you gave (https://www.familytreedna.com/AutosomalTransfer) each of the browsers took me to Family Finder Matches page (https://www.familytreedna.com/my/fam...r/matches.aspx)

Modification to My Previous Post
I was able to upload both my Ancestry and 23andMe raw DNA data.
The secret is DO NOT LOG IN with your existing account info. Enter your Name and email address and it will allow you to upload your data. The resulting message said that it would take about a week to process the files and they would email me when it was done.
The question now is how do I associate my new data with my original account? Or have I just added two more accounts on FTDNA?
