Privacy & Sharing Settings
I set my husband's kit Privacy & Sharing settings to where his DNA results could be seen by Project Members. This setting remained through Dec 2015.
I upgraded his STR markers from 67 to 111, and received those results Jan 3, 2016.
Today, a project admin advised his privacy setting was set to "Only You," making his results invisible to project members.
I did not make this change. I'm assuming FTDNA has technical issues and arbitrarily changed his setting when processing the upgrade. WHY? Do we have to check our settings daily to assure they are as we set them?
Anyone else have this issue?
