Ok so when I started with FTDNA I was just clicking thru everything on the site. One thing I clicked was the free autosomal transfer, which when I did it I thought it was going to give me information about what autosomal transfer was. Well I do not have any transfers to do. But my order status says it is still there and I cannot remove it. If I try and put the FTDNA FF in my cart it won't let me because it says I already have it. Is there any way to remove that order as I have no transfers to do so I could order FF should I want to?

You are going to have to contact FTDNA and have them remove the order for the transfer before it will allow you to order the Family Finder. The system won't allow both an autosomal transfer and Family Finder test. -
At the top of this screen look for Customer Support. Click it. In the Support section click on Open a request. Fill in the form that is shown. Phone is optional. Make sure the email is correct because that is where their reply will be sent. For category I suppose "Transfers" will do.
After they send you a reply via email, if you wish to reply back just do it through that same message. It will keep all the information they need in the same email as if it was a thread on a forum.Comment

So they wrote me back. "Do you want to order Family Finder? What is your kit number?" I wrote back and said yes but I want the autosomal transfer order taken off of there so I can order thru the site as it wont let me. Received no response.
Opened a new ticket rewrote I would like the autosomal transfer order taken off so that I can purchase Family Fnder thru FTDNA. Two days and no response. So my conclusion is they don't want my 100 dollars lol. Just going to do it thru ancestry now.Comment
