General Question about Forums

Most of the information in the forum is in a language other than english on my desktop but all english on my tablet. How do I get English on the Computer.

Example: below are the emoj's and here is what I see.

Near the bottom left on the page, there's a drop-down menu where you can select the forum language.

I've noted that even though mine is set to English, a few words here and there are in other languages.
