  • missing matches?

    Hi just wondered if anyone ellse was missing FF matches? Mine have been missing around a week I did send a message to witch they replayed saying they were looking into it but there's been no change and I messaged again with no reply?

    I'm missing at least one, but I've not done a complete survey of matches on my kits. I reported it also.

      All but 6 of my father's newest FF matches have been missing for a couple of weeks. I have reported this to Customer Service and they say they are looking into it.

        similar issue here, no new matches since 4/29 for me, not sure if any are missing.
        One new match I should have posted on 4/29, another on 5/4 and one on 5/5, that I am aware of. One is my 1c1xr and I show on her matches, and she had the two from 5/4 & 5/5 turn up for her and they overlap me but have not turned up yet.

          Me since 20/03/2015 date of the completion of my family finder result i don't have any match and my FF matches page still showed no result found so i don't know if i don't have matches or there is a problem.

            I just sent email to help desk. I manage 5 kits and none have shown any new matches since 4/29/15. I have had one kit since 2007 and have received matches mostly twice a week since then up until 4/29. Curious as to what is going on.

              Not had much either, but they have not dried up completely. I had one new match dated 8th May.

                And now the issue became a mild annoyance, as I started being contacted by those who can see me, but I cannot see them...

                I have just received a clarification that these were not Family Finder results. These were Ancestry transfers unlocked yesterday, on the 12th of May 2015.

                    This is something I was wondering about, missing matches who see my kits but I can not see theirs, if they happen to be kits that were transferred from 3rd party company....

                    I should email the lady that contacted me and ask her if she transferred her results to FTDNA.

                    My kits received matches today dated May 12th, but this person is still not showing as a match....

                      I wonder if they could be transfers that haven’t been unlocked, but due to some IT glitch they are able to see the contact info for their 20 sample matches. This could explain why they can see us, but we can't see them.

                      It would be nice if someone from FTDNA would keep us informed as to what is going on. I guess they don't care to reduce the number of bug reports they receive.

                        No, at least one of the ones I am missing I know for a fact is unlocked, I manage the kit and can log into it.
                        That kit shows me as the top, closest, match but it doesn't turn up on my own kit.
