Getting the Houston, we have a problem page instead of my mtDNA matches loading.

I have a notice on my dashboard of four new matches. Select the notice and I get 0 matches.

Two very different issues - @selah

Houston page is probably gone by now, if not then you have to clear your browser cache and cookies (and restart the browser) or just temporarily use a different browser.

      P.S.
Earlier in the day, I did get the Houston page, but now it is OK.

This is caused by the notifications being sent after matches were already added. So the date automatically selected is (at least) one day off.

Input the date that is at least one day earlier (I usually use one month earlier, as it is easy to enter).

        P.S.
The same issue with Y DNA STR results...

I had an email last week from a mtDNA match.
I told him that he doesnt appear on my match list. As his results were very recent we thought it might take a few days to appear.
                      He still has not appeared.
                      Really losing faith in FTDNA.

I also got an email recently from someone saying I am listed as an exact mtDNA match, but she does not show up on my list at all.

This is something I have reported several cases to the engineering department so they are aware of the problem. The goal was to have the Family Finder matches fixed last week which now spilled over into this week. It may end up being they are trying to fix them all in one update, but I am not certain. I am sorry for these problems, they are working on getting them corrected.

                            MtDNA Matches disappearing

I am responsible for three kits - 1) mine appears to be showing results for the HVR1, 2 & Coding on all levels - for the MtDNA test ok; 2) My Mothers - on the HVR1 & HVR2 all but 4 or 5 results have disappeared - I have checked several times, rebooted and etc. - they are gone. Her HVR1, 2 & Coding level seems to be ok. 3) My brothers MtDNA results only show HVR1. Is there a technical problem?
