BigY Match Delay?

One of our project members received SNP results from a BigY test yesterday morning but his matches have not yet arrived. This seems to be a long delay in comparison with other BigY tests. Bug report sent.

Now on day three since results were posted but still no matching. Darren, if you are monitoring this thread could you check on this? Sending you a PM.

Also checked other BigY kits and noticed that no new matches have been posted since April 18. Anyone else get matches more recently?

I sent in a bug report and also sent Darren a PM on this.

I know that for 2 of them, both SNPs and matching was working, the other 2 are from a project I don't have access. I would check again but FTDNA is currently down for Maintenance.

Match list is now visible, 6 days after SNPs were available. Still waiting for shared and unique SNP comparisons to load.
