lgmayka, did they solve your problem? I have exactly the same problem since about two weeks ago and I have written to helpdesk but they haven't answered yet.

Just like me. Again, it was not my fault in any way, it was a combination of FTDNA and Microsoft. Nevertheless, neither of those two are going to fix their bugs, so I had to switch to a Gmail address.

I have not had an admin email since before Xmas, probaly the 18 December was the last one.
I havnt received any emails about Sales, Haplogroups changes, new project members, results posted, new orders etc..
Ive checked "My Settings' and all is as it has been for years.

One of my Co Admins gets al the emails, another like me gets nothing.

I have sent in queries by the Feedback form, and several through the Technical issues form in the last 3 weeks.

    No reply at all.
    I give up.

This was indeed part of the problem. Googling indicates that many other people complain of the same problem with MSN/Hotmail/Outlook.

The other part of the problem is that the GAP has two different places to set a preferred email address, and only one of them works. Contact Information appears to set a preferred address, but doesn't really. Instead, I had to use the My Settings page to set the preferred email address for each project separately.

I do not know what it is, but I think FTDNA has a different problem.

Companies that do their business on Internet are routinely sending many e-mails. And FTDNA is the first one I am dealing with that has so many problems with e-mail delivery.

P.S. I know that e-mail infrastructure is not easy to setup and operate (FTDNA subcontracts theirs), but somehow others make it appear to be a non-problem.

I've been having problems on and off. I had the blacklisted message a month or so ago and emailed them. The message was removed immediately. I'm in the habit of checking for any completed tests, so it's not a big problem if I'm not notified of them. I did, however, miss sending out a welcome message to a new project member, because I didn't receive notification.

It isn't a problem for me nor my provider.

    Not getting administrative emails anymore

I am no longer getting any group administrator emails. My GAP login gives a red message that

"One of the e-mail addresses associated with this account is currently on our blacklist. An e-mail address will get placed on the blacklist when an attempted message can not be delivered. Please e-mail [email protected] from the blacklisted address to verify the address is active and the address will be removed from the blacklist."

    But of course:
    - This doesn't tell me which email address is the alleged problem
    - All my email addresses are fine for everyone else
    - I have tried switching the account to different email addresses, and I still don't get any email
    - I can't delete any email addresses, so I cannot narrow down the alleged problem
    - I have emailed the Help Desk as suggested, but nothing has come of that.

I have to suspect that the root problem is FTDNA's practice of sending out dozens of individual emails instead of a daily summary--Internet service providers, one by one, are declaring FTDNA to be a spammer and refusing to carry its emails.
