I am no longer getting any group administrator emails. My GAP login gives a red message that
"One of the e-mail addresses associated with this account is currently on our blacklist. An e-mail address will get placed on the blacklist when an attempted message can not be delivered. Please e-mail [email protected] from the blacklisted address to verify the address is active and the address will be removed from the blacklist."
But of course:
- This doesn't tell me which email address is the alleged problem
- All my email addresses are fine for everyone else
- I have tried switching the account to different email addresses, and I still don't get any email
- I can't delete any email addresses, so I cannot narrow down the alleged problem
- I have emailed the Help Desk as suggested, but nothing has come of that.
I have to suspect that the root problem is FTDNA's practice of sending out dozens of individual emails instead of a daily summary--Internet service providers, one by one, are declaring FTDNA to be a spammer and refusing to carry its emails.
