When I go to my Y dna pages it has New on the Matches icon. When i click on this and search it shows no matches, why is this?

When you see "New" next to your Matches that usually means that your results have just been posted. If you are not seeing any matches it could mean that you don't have any yet. Or if you are in a surname project and the "Show Matches for" filter is set to Your Surname project and you have no matches there. If that is the case set it to "Entire Database". If you tested at 67 markers set it to 37 and see if you have matches there etc.Originally posted by Gendal View Post
