Clear cache messages when using Safari.

When trying to access FTDNA from my iPad, I get a message saying to clear cache and instructions for Firefox, Chrome and IE.
I'm using Safari.

I can't login to my account, and have in idea how to clear cache with Safari.
Any ideas?

Safari->Preferences->Advanced->Show Develop Menu

Then

Safari->Develop->Empty Caches
