I recently ran into a problem due to the color scheme used in the SNP area. The key shows the color grey to mean Presumed Negative, but the exact same color is used at the bottom of the same page and is meaningless. Here is a screen cap of the issue (I took two caps and stitched them together since the page is so large):
I would like to see a dark black used instead of grey. I show DF13+, which means positive, but since it is in "presumed negative" grey I was very confused.
An easy change.
