Mother and 1st cousin not showing up in my list

My mom and cousin are both on the site. I'm coming up on their lists but they're not coming up on mine. I downloaded my data from another site about a week before they did. What gives? Is there a setting somewhere that I'm missing?

This sounds like an IT problem.

Call FTDNA at (713) 868-1438 during their office hours and report this.. Maybe they can answer as to why this is happening as well.
