    Who can I speak with to ask that my Project name is changed to reflect its new Halotype designation ???

      Thanks will try - I have about 50 previous mails on file but none have ever been replied to so should I even bother ?

        To the [email protected] address? Or to [email protected]? You should always get a response.

        Please make sure email from FTDNA isn't getting marked as spam, or that you don't have a system where the person emailing you needs to fill something out on a website to get approval to email you.

            Just got this back/reply (had a few of these before as well and never followed up.
