You will never make everybody happy.

All websites send passwords by email. If a person doesn't like this system, then maybe should use the phone only or ask to be mailed the information. Now, change what is working for everybody because of 1-2 complaints?

I think -- but am not totally sure -- that the complaint was about sending the password again, when an update was ordered --- not about sending the password initially via an e-mail.

Definitely agree password should be e-mailed to us initially -- not as clear it should be done repeatedly even tho not requested.

Could folks clarify whether they are arguing against the password ever being e-mailed, or only against repeated e-mailings. And similarly - for those in favor of e-mailing the password -- are you arguing for the repeated e-mailing, or just the initial one?
