New USPS Door to Door Feature?

I've shipped several tests to FTDNA but my most recent one was delivered in a different way.

The USPS tracking notification says, Delivered, Front Desk/Reception.

In the past, it's always gone to a P.O. box.

Is this a new feature or was an unknown mistake made?

Update - It seems that the best way to ship a kit back is sending it First Class with a signature request. This time, my kit went right to FTDNA instead of sitting in a P.O. box.
After traveling half way around the world, then arriving in New York, continuing on in the wrong direction to Maine, it's finally arrived.
