Unable to edit tree profiles on web page

Is anyone else unable to edit a profile on their family tree? I have to delete the whole tree and start from scratch instead of adding surnames etc.

I have reported this as a bug and have messaged support on FB but nothing has been done and no follow up given.

I am reluctant to purchase additional tests if FT is not willing to correct or acknowledge problems.

started a topic Website outage tomorrow (Tuesday)

    Website outage tomorrow (Tuesday)

The Engineering team is working hard to get our servers and data storage up to speed. To that end, we’ll have a planned outage tomorrow morning, Tuesday, February 16, beginning at 6:00 AM CST and lasting for approximately four or five hours.

The team will, as always, try to keep the outage as brief as possible, but we want you to be aware it’s possible the website may be down for longer than that four to five hours as engineering works to integrate the new equipment.

Because the work that’s being done involves system hardware and databases, the changes being made are not likely to be noticeable to users. Once the change is complete and the hardware is fully integrated, site performance should significantly improve and timeouts should be rare.

We appreciate your patience while the team works to improve the overall user experience on the site.
