Has anyone else ever run into this?

One of my kits ordered a Big Y on the 15th. I've been checking to see if it's batched. Today, it is. But... on his dashboard, there's an extra button under Big Y. It has a shopping cart and the words "Unpaid Product". When I click on it, it says his account is in good standing and there is no balance due. Also, there's nothing in his cart (up by the "upgrade" button) and nothing to order under "Upgrade".

From what I can tell, there's nothing for him to do, nothing for him to pay, and the Big Y has been batched. Still, it's a bit unnerving.
