It's very nice to have occasional updates about progress and fixes. Thank you for keeping us informed. It helps.

I recently reported that order history status shows a completion date when any one section is finished, yet there can still be other panels remaining. No actual matches were shown at the lower levels until the entire test was complete. This was for Y37 upgrade to Y67.
It *IS* confusing to show a completion date when it is not actually so. Posting a completion date for the entire order, when in reality only a panel is reported, is misleading and creates disappointment where there should be none.
This is the response I received from an "Information Specialist" when I submitted a ticket as an individual family member:
"I do agree with you that the completion date for the whole test would make more sense to be displayed but this would be as a person who is interested in only the matching portion of the test. There are other genealogists who are also very interested in the individual marker values at the various level of testing via group projects and whatnot."
I took this to mean that the display is the way FTDNA wants it and that's how it's going to stay. There's only so much moaning and groaning folks can/will do before deciding to stop providing feedback.

On the other hand, I waited and then reported this issue again as a small project admin and received this answer:
"Your issue with the myFTDNA page for kit 123456 showing that results are completed while they are still in progress, has been replicated and directly reported to IT for you."
So, I hope this is more correct and IT is going to at least consider posting a completion date only when a test is really complete, not panel by panel.
