This sounds like it might be one of the site problems. I ordered a SNP - P310 - in January (1/23). It shows completed in the Order History but in the SNP Haplotree it shows the SNP as being available for purchase, rather than either 'in progress' or a negative or positive result. The kit # is B4020.
The helpdesk have advised this is a time delay in processing and should be available in another 2-3 weeks.

Last night and this morning, I am unable to view ANY member page from my GAP for all three surname projects I work on. I can access my GAP page, but clicking on anyone's name sends me to the LOG IN screen.

For the last 4 weeks, the name and ancestral surname features on my family finder match page has not been working. I'll type in a name and the page more or less freezes to where I have to log out and log back in. Also, when I'm finished looking at an in common list and I click the X to get back to my list, the page will more or less freeze to were I have to log out and log back in.
What I have done to bypass many of these issues is use Google Chrome instead of internet explored. With Google Chrome, the only features not working are the name and ancestral surname features on my family finder match page. Everything else is OK. On internet explored, I still get stuck.

Same problem here, except most times I have to restart my computer to get FTDNA working again.
I have been getting around the issue of Xing out the in common match run by just reloading the matches from the main toolbar instead.
I just got hung up by searching surnames on my matches. I had done a couple with success then all of sudden am hung up. Had to restart computer to get FTDNA working again.
I am using internet explorer and have no such issues when logging on and using other websites.

About 3 weeks ago I was having all sorts of problems with my computer. Then had my laptop serviced. When that didn't work a tech adjusted my WiFi box. Since then I have had no problems with internet explorer, EXCEPT with this site. To use FTDNA, I still have to use Google Chrome. At least I have that option.
Is this a user specific message or has the test batch gone sour? Thats a very long wait time for me now as the test was meant to have been completed on 14 April.
Y-DNA67 Y-DNA48-60 Markers 558 7/05/2014 Results for your Y-DNA testing have been delayed. We have updated your predicted completion date, and action by you is not usually required. Note that predicted dates are an estimate and subject to lab volume and quality control. There are several possible reasons for the delay. The first is elevated lab demand for this test. The second is that one or more panels did not produce clear results and is being rerun. Less commonly, your sample failed. In this case, if we have an unused vial in storage, we have begun extracting DNA from it. If we need a new sample and do not have one in storage, we will mail another DNA kit to your address on file.
