Down for maintenance?

I opened the FTDNA forum index page a few minutes ago, and there is a large "broken" image at the top, just below the main navigation menu (User CP, Projects, etc.). On other pages, it is below the heading for that sub-forum.

I opened the image in a new tab, and see the FTDNA logo, with "Temporarily down for maintenance" just below it, and then a message saying
"Our website is currently undergoing maintenance to introduce some exciting new updates to our ordering process. Please check back in an hour!"

I'm suitably excited, but wonder: when will the hour be up? And will the image be properly linked soon? It is pretty large, takes up a big space, and does not look good.

Hmmmm I expect that the site will be back up by the time I finish this cinnamon cream cake I am eating and my second cup of coffee. :-)

Things are still up and down for me with the GAP..
I am also missing some people ( When GAP is up) with the Family Finder Illumina OmniExpress Matrix

My mtDNA results and the BigY (awainting results) icon disappeared from my homepage.

I suspect I can see what they are doing but if it does not correct I will call.. Transfer kits which were not counted are now missing..

FTDNA Public web pages seem to be down also.

My FMS and factoid results are still showing up but my grandfather's and son's kits are missing Y results and FF upload results. My son's factoid still shows up and my grandfather's Mtdna results are still good. Oddly, both my grandfather and son still show a Y haplogroup listed in the box, just no results to click on.

Saw elsewhere they added a shopping cart and this may be why it was down. Having PayPal as a payment option would be great, but looks like it's only credit/debit card for now.

Transferred data - kit not returned??

I have 3 people in my family who transferred data from 23&Me to FTDNA.

2 of the 3 have no other testing at FTDNA and were assigned a "B" number. These two kits show FF results, but also have a box that states "Kit Not Returned" and "Click for Test Instructions".

The 3rd one completed FMS/FGS a year or more before testing at 23 and transferring here. Same process, but under an existing kit number. There is no message box stating "Kit Not Returned". FF results are also showing as they had been.

I am wondering what the message box means... so I can pass on the word to the individuals who are impacted if they need to do something further.

Is there some sort of upgrade to mtDNA results going on at the same time? I've been unable to access my public mtDNA results page for the U4 project all afternoon. I'm now getting a message saying "This web page has a redirect loop. I also seem to have lost some FMS matches. I had about four or five and now there's only one left. Have the matching criteria been reconfigured?

Also, all the GEDCOMs have disappeared from the mtDNA matches page. I'm looking at my husband's FMS matches and when I click on the GEDCOM symbol for his matches his own GEDCOM file loads instead of theirs.

FF - matches' trees not showing up

I've been able to get in BUT since at least 10am Pacific, the trees at FF don't show up. Rather than showing the match person's name and tree, it shows my own name and my tree or my name and no tree.
I wrote ftdna that I had cleared my cache, rebooted, etc., but still didn't work. Their reply was to "clear the cache". Oy.
I checked with two other people by phone and they get the same results, no trees for their matches.

It's now 2:45pm Pacific, no progress.

What's going on? When I try to access a match's GEDcom tree it takes me to a page that has my name.

Also, my mtDNA results indicate that my last match was 9/17/2013 but my last close match was 2/26/2014.
