    Weird Message

So in addition to a few other issues, I'm getting this message when I log in to one of my kits:

"This test is currently on order and matching will be possible when results come back."

This is for a kit that only has ydna results. When I first log in to this kit, it takes me directly to this message on the family finder tab. I have not ordered a family finder test for this kit, and when I check my order history, it appears that no one else has either. What is going on?

    Any idea WHY that broke?

Also - see there are No Release Notes now, and no News now (on Home Page) - is that also a bug? Or ??

(PS - Is this where we should be reporting all the problems, or ??)
I have the same issue. Logged into one of my kits and noticed that the date of the last close match had been reset. Now trying to log into my other kits, but the page won't load at all. Getting a message that the website is unavailable.

When people try to call in because the site is down they can't see that information.

    Hallo :-)

    Kit E10388:
The same problem with my results of the FGS and FF: on "results completed" is written the date of order and on "last (close) match" is written the date of results.

    Thank you for fixing it,
    Petra

I am working on it, Jim. To the very best of my ability, I am working on it. There is hope. :-)

I'm less concerned with conspiratorial notions than with the apparent lack of a robust test system for the FTDNA web site.

Yes, there may be some cost involved in setting up a good test system, but it's definitely worth the effort to detect and fix errors before they are rolled into production for the whole world to see. So little effort to make many people happy.

    Seems like SOP these days!

A lot of the transfer kits are missing .. I placed a call to someone.. I THINK what they tried to do is correct the stats as none of those were "reported" before..
However now they are missing.. Mine and my son's are missing from all the groups I put us in..2 for him and 3 for me..

Kit# B516 is now missing Family Finder from the myFTDNA page. Clicking the link takes me to the order screen instead.

All the project pages I've attempted to access also have the Houston, we have a problem! messages.

    Hi,

Please continue to document and report them. Kit numbers and the page you were on when it happened help. We thought we fixed the problems two days ago, but must not have.
