If I look at the page my fathers cousin has it has the date 2/15/2012 if I look at my family finder protect page it has 02/17/2012 . I don't know why the difference at least it's not a large difference.

Wow. 2nd cousin's results already coming in. 1st panel of Y-Refine37to67 was posted today! 2 weeks from order date, 1 week from when it was batched!!

I didn't get an email after purchasing the Family Finder test - just the one acknowledging my purchase. This morning I finally remembered to check the Pending Lab Results area - mine did have the batch and expected due date.

Batch 444

Yes for what ever reason some thing like e-mail seem to be a bit slower. Dwight had mentioned this before.

The FF test is the only test I have taken and that was when it first came out. Know I have been trying to get relatives to test.

It's hard to wait. I am also expecting a Cousins Y-DNA test results in Batch 442 that is at the lab in Arizona.

I do hope FF comes in soon

I didn't even notice that Pending Lab Results button until it was mentioned here (these will be my first tests: Family Finder + mtDNAPlus)

My results are due 1 Feb (for Family Finder + Population Finder) and 15 Feb (for the others).

I can't wait.

I have been trying for months to contact someone on DNA-forums. I can't login and the password reset never sends me anything to my email address. After trying to re-register with another email the same problem all over again. No one answers my questions on login problems.

If all fails give FTDNA a Phone: call (713) 868-1438 Sales people answer many questions if they can't help they should be able to put you in touch with someone who can.

Well, except DNA-Forums is unrelated to FTDNA. So I'm not sure that that would help. I wish I knew what to suggest. Somebody who reads this forum must have a good idea on this!

Population Finder is in

My FF results are expected to be in on the 6th of Feb; my Population Finder is in already:

Continent (Subcontinent) Population Percentage Margin of Error
Europe Finnish, Russian, Spanish, Tuscan 76.55% ±0.44%
Native American (Central American) Maya 23.45% ±0.44%

I am perplexed by these results. My mother's family came from Germany and have been in America since the 1730's; however my father's did come from Mexico and before that Spain. Both sides of my family are of Jewish descent. Perhaps the FF results might help shed more light on these results.

Nothing yet on my 1st cousin's FF+Y-DNA37 - earliest due date on his is 3 Feb
