Hi,

I got my ff results about one hour ago. Unfortunately, zero matches. Population Finder stating that my autosomal dna is 100% Middle East (Jewish) with a +/- 0.01% margin of error.

I now have both my Y37 and FF. Doesn't seem to be any matches with the FF though. 100% +/- 0% Orcadian. Waiting for my backbone test in batch 425.

No email from FTDNA but i see FF

Should I wait for the email from FTDNA i just looked at my account and FF is there but I cant download my raw data keep getting : There was an error retrieving your files. Please click this button to report the error: could they still be working on it?

They must still be working on it. I am also unable to download the data. Perhaps I will end up with some matches.

Have you tried playing with the filters? By default, FF only shows close matches, setting it to "Show all matches" in the "Relations" dropdown menu will list all matches, close and remote.

Thanks for the suggestion. I did try that, but still no matches. However, I suspect I need to wait a few hours. When I got my y111 results in I had the DYS values for a few hours before the results displayed in the tables in the various groups I belong to. The database must only refresh every few hours. I also tried to download the raw data and got error messages and this must also be attributable to the database not being fully primed yet.

I have the same, although I wonder whether our population finder results/data might adjust once the database is populated with all of our data.

Just received the official notice that results from FF have been posted. Still no matches.

I got an email stating FF results were in today, but I am in batch 424 due date of 9/28. I cannot see any results or matches as of yet nor can I download raw files. Population Finder results are all that I can view so far.

I cannot download any raw files on any account (from previous batches as well). Sent a message to FT this morning but no reply yet.

Also, no matches on batch 423--but maybe that's because of the other problem? None of our accounts have new matches.

When I log in as a project administrator and try to download the data I can open a spreadsheet, but the spreadsheet is blank - not populated.
