Has anyone got any Y-DNA results back yet for this batch, I am waiting for 38 to 67 expected date 11th April. My first 1 to 37 in batch 399 was a couple of weeks early.

I'm a new FF customer and would like to know if any FF results from batch 401 have completed. My expected date is 4/11. Anyone know if the FF conversions are done together with the new FF samples? If not which is the higher priority?

All Y-DNA Refine from 38 to 67 in Batch 401 are now back for me just the Deep Clade in batch 403 to go now.

Is anyone else still waiting for results from batch 401? Mine were due about 3 weeks ago, then the date was changed to today, but they're still not here. FTdna said there was a backlog, but I can see results coming in for batches 406 and 407 - does anyone have any idea what's happened to my results?

Argh, now the date has changed to 23 May!

Just tried it (I'm in the UK, so was trying to avoid expensive phone calls) - they are emailing me back tomorrow. The lady on the phone said that she hadn't seen a message like mine before!

It's so frustrating, I was so excited about these results and every time the day arrives it just gets put back!

I completely understand! I check my pending results section non-stop and my results aren't technically due for 3 more weeks! Hopefully they'll figure out what the problem is. Maybe the results are done but there was an error in entering the information? Hmmm... Well keep us updated!

They say my sample wasn’t received until 3 weeks after I ordered the test (pretty strange, seen as they were testing the sample that they already had from the Y-test) and that as they had a lot of orders, the 23 May seems like a ‘good estimate’ of when I will receive my results. No explanation as to why the date has been delayed twice, why other people in batch 401 already have their results and why people from later batches have got their results before me. I’ve emailed to ask for an explanation - not impressed at the moment!

I'd be curious to hear what they have to say. What test are you waiting for? I wonder if some tests are just easier than others so the lab does them first to get them out of the way?
