Batch 397 appears to be running late - any news as to the results release date?

Don't hold your breath...

FTDNA finally responded to my email about the promised time: it will be another week or three because my test has to be re-processed. My pending results page does not indicate this information: it hasn't changed since February. I honestly think you will be overlooked if you don't notify them- it took a week just to respond to my email!

My dad's sample was in batch 398 for MtRefine HVR2 and he got his results on February 25

Still missing...

Before I call, did anyone receive all of their results from batch 397? Mine are more than 3 weeks overdue: the ETA hasn't changed since my order date. I've already contacted FTDNA once about this.
