Both came back negative.

A complaint to the management: twice now I have gotten notification by email that results are in; I go to the results page and ... nothing.

I notify whoever is on duty and get an apology and "we will contact our IT department." Then a couple of days pass, and without further notice, the results pop up in my account!

Synchronicity is the order of the day, it seems to me.

So what should I think? When the email is sent, the results are ready, but don't get posted for 3-4 days, or ???

No further testing will be ordered until the matter is straightened out!

I have noticed similar occurrences. I'm getting the idea that clerical tasks, such as data entry, are lagging at FTDNA.
