Batch 301 anyone?

I am still awaiting a Deep Clade Test, from Batch 301, which was due on 05/06. It is one of two such tests that I ordered and I have had the result from the other one. The result that I have had wasn't advised by email but it disappeared from the "Pending" section and is now shown on my haplotree.

I understand that dna analysis is a complex business but are delays like this to be expected or should I start emailing?
