The first 12 markers of my Dugan cousin's Y DNA. There is another who has tested already who looks like he is in our family. Both of us( all 3 of us I should say ) descend from a Patrick Duggan of Gortahork Donegal c. 1830-50.. which is what I am basing my R1b1c7 on
which is speculation but MOST of the Dugans from that area look similar
Although my results for rs34276300 seem likely to leave me among the mass of undifferentiated R1b1c, I am looking forward to them nevertheless.
And I am in this batch.
Currrently R1b1c* with EA (S21-, S26-, S28-, and S29-).
Currently R1b1c with FTDNA (R1b1c-R1b1c7).
FTDNA is testing the DeepSNP-R1b1c U Series, as well as rs34276300, for me in Batch 251. I'm not holding out hope that I'm anything other than R1b1c* at this time; however, there is always hope.
As none of us R1b's can know the significance of our rs34276300 without a lot of results for other R1b's I expect we won't get our results until all who have ordered the test have been tested and overall results compiled. So, I am taking the May due date as realistic in this instance.
I just got my results back from FTDNA and I'm positive for rs34276300. Now I'll have to wait to find out how this outcome fits into the changing R1b1c picture. This is my first positive result below M269.
