    Results here

I received my HVR1 and HVR2 results from batch 228 on 11-8-07. "H" of course.

Those are the tests one particular person in my project has in this batch. It's really just a way to start the thread, and to give people some idea of when similar tests are scheduled to complete. Remember that first-time testers do not see a due date for results even though their project administrators do.

Probably. As a project administrator, I have generally seen HVR1 and HVR2 results arrive earlier than the coding region (i.e., the rest of the mitochondrial FGS).

    What does this mean?

What does the list of three items above under Batch 228 mean - what they are running in the batch, or what you or your project has running in this batch?

I'm in batch 228, and I'm having a full mtdna sequence (FTS), and a CCR5 delta 32 test done. "Expected date" for both is mid December.

I also have a question; it says the lab work I'm waiting for includes for items, made to appear separate; CCR5, FGS, HVR1, and HVR2.

Does this mean I'll get my HVR1 and HVR2 results separately, and sooner than the FGS?

    Yours,
    Dora Smith
