I'm also in batch 212. BTW, that is the area code I was born in.

          mt-H (mt-H) 08/21/2007
          (I ordered the HVR2/subclade/refinement test)

I don't see any info on my personal page about what batch my CCR5 will be in.

Very nice. Anyone else get their ydna advanced markers from this batch early?

Today, July 16, I got the final two results:
                DYS445 -12 and DYS452 - 30

That's over a month ahead of the expected results date! The results for the advanced orders markers, at least yDNA, seem to be flying out of the new Houston lab.

Next I'll order DYF399x, which is supposed to be a very informative palindromic marker for R1b's. I already have results for 464x and DYF371x.

                  Waiting

                  Good Morning,

I am also in batch 212. (YDNA and MtDNA)

Date of arrival listed as 8/18/07.

It's exciting seeing the results posted. It looks like some results are for additional orders. Therefore, I think some of you have experience in 'waiting for results'. Do results normally come in one marker at a time?

                  Anyone else still waiting?

                  Nan

                      Joe,

                      Thanks for the response!

My dates for results match yours, I'm waiting for YDNA-37 and MtDNA.

                      Have a great day,
                      Nan

                        Hi Nan,

Your mtDNA will probably come in HVR1 first, then HVR2.
Your yDNA will usualy come in by panels. 1-12 markers, then 13-25 and 26-37. Sometimes you get lucky and get two panels in oneday, then may have to wait for the third panel.

Ive got a few tests for family members in this batch, and havnt had the results as yet. Maybe this week..

                          Hi Rivergirl,

Thanks for the information. It helps to know what to expect.

I will continue my reading while I wait. Maybe I'll learn a little bit about DNA genealogy before my results come in!

                          Nan

Mine is due around the 21st.
It's my first time ordering with FTDNA, and I think it'll take longer than others who have ordered before because mine has to be transferred, I think, from one lab to another. I'm not sure. Waiting for my mtdna H subclade.

I found this website last year thru The Genographic Project.
