My autosomal results in Batch 209 came in today.
My husband's MTdna in Batch 209 came in yesterday. He's still waiting for Ydna.

Batch 208 and 209

I received my mtDNA results in batch 208 today which are as follows :

Haplogroup H :

HRV1 : 162G , 209C, 519C
HRV2 : 73G, 263G, 315.1C

I am in batch 209 for my FGS which will include my subclade which my marker 162G gives a possability of H1a.

I am very happy to receive these results today.

I received info from FT to the process of both batch 208 and 209.

Batch 208 and Batch 209

I am in batch 208 and 209 on my MtDNA. My personal page has that my batch 208 was isolated on June 9th. I don't have any information when this batch arrived at the lab. Can anyone answer this question.

I have been told that batch 209 which I am in also will not be posted on my personal page until the results come in for batch 208. I don't have a date when this batch arrived at the lab either.

Would anyone in batch 208 and batch 209 have the dates when they arrived at the lab ??

Batch 209 Created

I just found out that I am in batch 208 for my MtDNA Oxford Conversion kit and am in batch 209 for an upgrade to the full MtDNA sequences which will result in separate dates for receiving my results.


As I understand it the MtDNA Oxford Conversion kit can possibly add only 519C mutation to my 162G and 209C mutations with clan Helena.

Thus HRV2 results and the refinement of subclade H will come later.

To anyone reading this, I would advise everyone to skip Oxford and go to the full MtDNA sequences with FT to save time and money.
