LOL, I like CSI. Hah, if this was CSI we could get cheek swabs on demand probably, too. I have phoned total strangers in other states and I always feel sick to my stomach afterwards, I get so nervous. Or... when people go to register their vehicles every year, they offer voter registration, maybe they could also offer a cheek swab with 'auto'matic surname project membership.
I'm about out of unreceived lab results Once the 13-37 from this batch comes in, I only have one thing left at the moment, an R1b deep SNP, and that one is overdue. I feel like a one person cheerleader squad.
Received 1-12 on Tuesday 9/26, waiting for the rest. Interesting results so far, as he matched my Palevsky family, but has a different surname. The families are from the same town in Belarus and are tied together at least by marriage. Looking forward to the rest of the markers to see if the 12-marker match is simply a coincidence or if he'll continue to match at 25 & 37 markers, indicating a common patrilineal ancestor pre-1800 (prior to most Jewish families adopting surnames).

I'm also waiting for my DeepSNP, but it's in this batch. So I'll share my pom-pom and popcorn with ya!

Received 13-25 on 10/18 and they continued to match my Palevsky family except for one difference at DYS464, so I'm excited! Still waiting on 26-37, which are overdue. Need to check with FTDNA on the status of those.
Just curious, anyone else still waiting on results from this batch?
