What kind of test did you order?

You can ask Eileen Krause (mailto:[email protected]) when you can expect your results.

Week Past Target on 12 Marker

It's been quiet here for a while.
I'm waiting on my initial results.
Any others in the same boat?

I've started a wiki site for our project and DNA for Genealogy in general.

Rsychev, Great Idea on the Gedcom link in the signature. I am going to incorporate that as well on the signature and dna Web page. Thanks

Yeah, I think I basically gave a blood sample. Had a trench in my cheek for a week after Maybe the ones having trouble were a little light on the scape. My results on 67-marker were 2 weeks early.

    Thanks, George.

FTDNA has been good to me.

My original 37 markers came right on time, my Deep SNP-R1b was a month early (although I am still waiting on two stubborn SNPs), and now my 67-marker upgrade has come in ten days early.

I knew I was doing the right thing when I scraped the bejeebers out of the inside of my cheek for those samples!

Next on my agenda - a few months down the road - is an mtDNA test.

    Yeah, baby!

    Thank you, FTDNA! Splendid work!

I have already uploaded the new markers into YSearch.

As I anticipated, I have no 67-marker matches.

But that's okay. I ordered the upgrade to help with R1b research and for personal satisfaction.

And, if and when a real relative comes along and has his dna tested, I'll be ready!
    So, you remain an anomaly.

    Congrats on the results Rich....
