Do you have any 12-marker matches? I do not, not even to my cousin. He has no 12-marker matches either. We are 66/67 at 67 marker though. Our closest 12 marker is one person at -2 and, 7 at -3 and a dozen or so at -4 under haplogroup tab

It's unusual for R1bs not to have loads of 12-marker matches. I am exceptional in having only 9.
You and your cousin are really exceptional in having no 12-marker matches. If I recall correctly, Mike Maddi is in the same boat, though.

I don't understand why my remaining snp results are taking so long?
c'mon 147
Of course, my SNP test was in Batch 155, but M37 and P66 are still late. They are just later for you than for me.
It seems strange to think there are still results pending from ol' Batch 147.

147 still out to lunch?
Months and months ago I sent in my brother's test kit and upgraded two times. From the original 12 to 27 and then to 37 plus the deep clade for haplogroup G. I got a notice from FTdna that there was a problem extracting results the first time and that they were going to re-test. That was nearly 3 months ago.
They promised results from the second round of testing on June 9th. Needless to say it's the end of July.
Has anyone here ever been sent a second test kit for a fresh swab? They say that's what they do if they can't extract enough dna for the testing after the second round. But it sure seems like they're just sitting on their hands.
I know you guys are waiting for results too but most of you have upgrades to the 67 marker test..... I'm still back at 37 markers and deep clade.
What's up with that?
Thanks.....

radio1 - We can all speculate what the problem might be, but your best bet is to just contact FTDNA directly to ask for a status and make sure they're aware that you're still waiting. They're very responsive to both email and phone calls, so definitely don't hesitate to contact them. You can email [email protected] or call them on Monday at the phone number at the bottom of the page.

What kind of a day . . .
What kind of a day would it be if I did not post at least once in the good ol' Batch 147 thread?
Well, a couple of those days are coming.
We're taking a little short trip up to Lancaster, PA, for the next couple of days.
We're doing the Hershey Park/Dutch Wonderland thing.

Here I am again. I'm sitting at a computer in the Park Plaza Hotel in Lancaster, PA, after two days out in the 100+ F. heat, first at Dutch Wonderland and then today at Hershey Park.
My three-year-old daughter had a great time. A little too great a time, I'm afraid. She had so much sun and fun that this evening, as we were eating dinner at a Smorgasbord place in Ronks, PA, she called on Ralph and Earl to go get the Buick, if you know what I mean.
She upchucked.
That was a thriller for all and sundry, I call tell you!
We're all sunburned and tired, but we had a good time.
It was a good way to wile away some time while waiting for a couple of stubborn SNPs and a 67-marker upgrade.
