When I received my kit, the identifying number on the vials were one digit off from the identifying number on the plastic baggie that you mail your test back in. I put a note inside the bag along with the vials explaining the discrepancy. I have not heard back. I hope this does not create an error in results (ie. getting someone else's results..). Has this happened to anyone else?
