I run into that problem a lot looking at forum threads. Something isn't being updated to tell browsers that the page has updated since it was cached by the browser. Methinks they need a professional web designer/programmer.

I don't have that problem but it could be the way the browser is setup to refresh or not temporary internet files.

You just need to force a reload of the page you're watching by pressing Control+F5.

That was short sequencing period. My first test trough Genographic Project seems to take forever in the sequencing in Oktober/November last year. Six weeks is also long even for a mtDNA test, a bufferweek maybe?

You're great at public relations. May I share your helpful answer?

You've convinced me to shut down the family project I tried to get going here buy funding it myself. I'll tell Bennett how helpful you were with my decision.

I don't know about you, but the rest of us are PAYING CUSTOMERS who expect to get what we paid for in a reasonable time. Your continuous "putting down" of ANYONE who questions the status of their pruchased product does nothing but make them more irritated at the slow performance of this company. You are not helping ftDNA by insulting their PAYING CUSTOMERS.

Do you have any official status with ftDNA?
