My DF13 results are once again delayed, since the retest also failed. The help desk folks let me know that the unopened sample has been selected for this go around.

My DF13 results are once again delayed, since the retest also failed. The help desk folks let me know that the unopened sample has been selected for this go around.

Hopefully your test doesn't fail this time, mine from batch 521 for DF13 fail 3 time but I did receive my Ydna 37 to 111 marker upgrade results.They sent me a new kit.I receive email yesterday that they had received the new kit.Hasn't been batch yet.Been waiting on results for this.Keeping my fingers cross.
