Also, this was the 2nd delay..not the 1st. I wonder if those results were there a month ago also. I''ll be waiting for a Mod with FTD to explain why when the results are in the database, I'm told the above and another month.....

      Hello all,

Can you please email me or the helpdesk directly with your kit number so this can be looked at.

        minicht1,
I just checked mine again, and — like you — they have also pushed back the date on mine until October, which is a more than 3 months from when I started (when I looked earlier today, it was still listing yesterday's date).

After I initially ordered my YDNA67+mtDNA (in June), I ordered (in July) an upgrade to 111 STRs. All but one panel of the later-ordered upgrade completed a while ago, but I am still waiting for my original order (still 3 panels unfinished, which had already been postponed before this latest postponement) from June to complete (I would have expected the earlier ordered tests to have completed before the later ordered ones).

I have been refraining from responding to anyone who have messaged me until after the original 67 STR tests were completed. I'm sure people are annoyed by me not responding to their messages, but I want at least the first 67 STRs done before I start making any use of it with other people.

YGM. The numbers in the 1-12 position in the raw download don't seem out of line with the fact I already know I'm R-L21+. In any event if there was a testing error where quality thresholds where not met, there shouldn't be numbers in the database. It would be giving false matches to those who I am lining up with as the various levels up to 111 trickle in.

Now back? As in they will be posted soon? I hope so.

Delayed again as of today, 3rd delay with MtDNA and Y-DNA. I never did get a response from customer service after typing an email to them as suggested by admin above regarding the DNA-12 I see in the download but not on here.

                    • No test results yesterday and I have been rescheduled again for Nov. 4th. Has anyone else had their data moved again??

There are a bunch of Family Finder tests being processed this week. Check your Population Finder page to see if you have any results there yet.

If you have Population Finder results, then you'll get matches within the next few days or so -- the matching program just needs to finish running.

If you don't have Population Finder results yet, then you're probably not in the current group being run, and I would highly recommend contacting Customer Service using the Feedback link in your myFTDNA account (or on the FTDNA homepage) to inquire about why your test results are so delayed.
