I have a family finder kit that was batched today. At least my account said that it was in this batch 523. Now I got an email this evening saying that they will be sending me a new test kit because all of the DNA in my sample is exhausted. I don't understand how that could be when the kit has never been tested before.

I'm curious if anyone has gotten any results from this batch yet? I guess I got spoiled by getting results 3 weeks early prior to this.

I have my father's FF test in this batch. If I go based on how quickly my mother's results came back, today would have been when the results show up, however I only got her email notification around 10:45PM EDT, so there could still be hope of getting it today.

One thing to bear in mind is that the July 4th holiday may have delayed the processing but that's only a guess.
